In the unlikely event that you're not satisfied with your MARBOLOUS, you can, of course, return it to us. Please understand that MARBOLOUS is produced in small batches with a lot of manual work, so we can only accept returns if the entire product, including packaging, is undamaged. The customer must cover the shipping costs for returns. We will issue a refund once we have received and inspected the product.
